Dr. Hugh Moore ~ Medical Director & Partner
Dr. Hugh Scott Moore is a native of Mississippi who moved to Kauai in July, 2023. He obtained his medical education at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he graduated with his doctor of medicine degree in May 1999. After completing his residency training and serving as chief resident at UMMC Family Medicine, he earned his Family Medicine Certification in June 2002.
Dr. Moore started his medical career proudly serving the Mississippi community in primary care in August, 2002. Dr. Moore has always had a real passion for aesthetics and started a medical spa in conjunction with his primary care clinic in 2011 to allow his patients and patrons in the surrounding area access to medical grade spa treatments. He regularly attends conferences and meetings to make sure that the services offered at the spa are at the leading edge of aesthetic care.
He is certified in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections. He is also trained and certified in aesthetic lasers and IV hydration and hormone replacement therapy. He is looking forward to bringing his skills and expertise to the Kauai island to help people reach their beauty inside and out.

Jennifer Andrade - Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer Andrade, MSN, RN, FNP-C
Jennifer is a Michigan native who moved to Kauai in June of 2021 after marrying a Kauai local. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree from United States University in San Diego, CA in 2021. Her clinical training was done in Southern California and completed in Kilauea in 2021, earning her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification.
Jennifer started her medical career as a certified nursing assistant in 2000 before joining the United States Air Force in 2003. She served on active duty for 10 years in Aerospace Physiology, training and treating Air Force pilots and other aircrew members, deploying four times overseas. After 10 years she transitioned to the Air Force Reserves as a Flight Medic while going to nursing school full time and working as an EMT on an ambulance in San Diego, CA. Once she obtained her nursing degree, she worked in a busy Emergency Room in Riverside, California. In 2019 she deployed overseas again as a Flight Medic. After this deployment and her time in the ER, she decided she wanted to do more to serve the community by transitioning from emergency medicine to a more preventative approach as a Nurse Practitioner.
During her time as a Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer focuses on integrative medicine, helping her patients to prevent and manage their injuries and illnesses. She is passionate about helping people to look and feel their best with a wide variety of treatment modalities. She completed her Botox and Dermal Filler certification in July 2024 and is currently working on her Menopause Society Certification so she can better assist women with their menopausal symptoms.
Jennifer lives in Lawai with her wife, Skye and son, Odin. She is still currently serving in the Air Force Reserves at Hickam Air Force Base on Oahu as a Clinical Nurse. She still works part time in the Emergency Room at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital to keep up her life saving skills. She is also an active volunteer for Kauai Search and Rescue as one of their lead medical trainers.
